Open Question: my plasma tv panasonic 42 receives great pic but no sound.?

i bought this tv here in a uk store. i used here for a few months and never had a problem. early this month i took it back home with me to albania. it receives good pic but no sound through the outside normal Ariel but it works fine through digital box or vcr channels. i have checked all the settings but no joy. any help please thanks....
